MD PETS Treasurer

    Phyllis became an active member of Rotary International, D7150, in 2007.  During her tenure as a Rotarian, she has served as President, Treasurer, Youth Exchange Officer, RYLA coordinator at the club level.  Phyllis became     Assistant Governor for District 7150 in 2012 and District Governor in 2017-2018. She serves as District 7150 Rotary Youth Leadership Award Committee Chair, District 7150 Youth Exchange Chair, is a graduate of the Rotary Leadership Institute and has become a faculty member for Rotary Leadership Institute, and a member  of the Empire Multi-District PETS committee.
